Welcome to Aviara: We are a community of 135 homes and townhouse. We are located at the intersection of Frank Lloyd Wright and 100th Street, the near-north section of Scottsdale.

The community lies within Scottsdale in the zip code 85260 and has 119 single family homes and 16 town homes. The lovely houses in Aviara were predominantly built by Hancock Homes and reflect Hancock Homes signature quality and style. Built primarily between 1992 – 1994, the homes in Aviara reflect the character of the Valley of the Sun.
Families moving to Aviara will be pleased with the neighborhood’s excellent school district, Scottsdale Unified District 048.
